Room Hire Only
ADD 25% to normal room hire charges. No outside sourced food is to be consumed in the meeting venues.
Room Allocation Policy
The Grange reserves the right to allocate venues to match the needs of any particular group on any particular day. We will endeavour to meet the specific requirements of all groups.
Cancellation Fees
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel a meeting, however we are obliged to charge a Late Cancellation Fee of the applicable Meeting Room Hire Charge if you cancel within 48 hours prior to your meeting date.
Cancellations or "no shows" on the day of the scheduled meeting will be charged at the total amount including all Meeting Room Hire & Catering charges.

NOTE: Because of the increased room size flexibility built into our new facility, our pricing system is based on a standard Boardroom setting with 3 chairs per 1800mm table, and is calculated at the time of booking. Special seating configurations MAY incur additional charges.
We also offer an "Exclusive Use" option whereby the entire complex can be reserved for your exclusive use. This option is very much subject to availability so early booking is essential. Cost: $550.00
Room Hire includes the use of speaker support facilities: whiteboard and black markers,
screen, limited butcher's paper and easel. TV and Video/DVD: book in advance Microphone and PA system:

Payment
All charges are due at the conclusion of the meeting. We are able to issue an invoice for payment on terms not exceeding 30 days from the date of invoice to approved clients.
We accept: Company cheques, Visa, MasterCard, & American Express
* American Express will attract a 3.0% processing fee.
